A Microsoft 365 licence audit for every client, in minutes.

Find the paid seats nobody uses, costed per year with the evidence behind each, and reclaim them through an approved change.

Licence savings for a tenant: costed suggestions with a button to reclaim the licences

What you get

Seats on accounts nobody uses

Paid licences on disabled accounts, and on accounts with no sign-in for 90 days, listed by licence with every account named.

Copilot seats nobody opens

Seats with no Copilot use in 30 days, and seats bought but never assigned. People given a seat in the last month are never counted.

Plans bigger than needed

E5 users where no E5-only feature is in use, or Business Premium with its security features switched off, with what to check first.

Your prices, not list price

Use what you actually pay your distributor, or a discount off list. Unpriced licences are left out of totals rather than guessed.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect the tenant

Read-only admin consent. No agent, no mailbox or file access.

  2. 02

    Run the assessment

Licences, users and sign-in activity are read, and every suggestion is worked out from them.

  3. 03

    Reclaim, with approval

Draft the removal as a change: a dry run, a second approver, and a way back.

What it can’t see

Said plainly, so you know what you are buying.

  • Some use cannot be seen from Microsoft 365 data, such as Teams Phone, Power BI or Defender for Endpoint on devices. It is listed as something to check, never assumed unused.
  • Figures are only as good as the prices you set: at Microsoft list price they are indicative.
  • Shared and archived mailboxes that need a licence to keep data are flagged for checking, not removed.

Permissions it uses

Microsoft Graph permissions, granted by the client’s admin.

  • Organization.Read.All
  • User.Read.All
  • AuditLog.Read.All
  • Reports.Read.All

Every permission, and why

Questions

How accurate are the savings?
Each suggestion is calculated from the tenant’s own licences and activity, at the prices you set. It is not an estimate from averages. Anything we cannot see is listed for you to check before acting.
Can it remove licences on its own?
Only through an approved change you draft: it runs a dry run first, needs a second approver, and records how to put the licences back. It needs write permission, which you grant separately. It is on the Growth and Scale plans.
